By accessing or booking any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Nature of Services

Heal Studio provides life coaching, Ho’oponopono healing, handwriting analysis, and emotional wellness sessions for personal growth. Our sessions are not medical or psychological treatment, and do not replace therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice.

Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• Your progress depends on your commitment and openness.
• You are responsible for your emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
• You will provide accurate information relevant to your sessions.
• You have the right to ask questions about any aspect of your session, the right to respectful and non-discriminatory care, and the right to understand your coach’s training and experience.
• Coach Disclaimer
• Coach/ Heal Studio may/may not be able to provide emergency or crisis intervention and that their services are for scheduled appointments only.

Confidentiality

• We respect your privacy.
• All personal and session details remain strictly confidential and will never be shared without your consent, except as required by law.
• Pictures during the session will be used for social media marketing with your consent.

Session Policy

• All sessions are conducted online (via Zoom or similar platforms).
• Please ensure a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection.
• Sessions are non-transferable and must be used by the person who booked them.

Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Sessions must be booked in advance through our website.
• Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours notice.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or “no-show” sessions will be charged in full.
• Heal Studio may reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances with prior notice.

Payments & Refunds

• All payments are due before the session or program begins.
• Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the session is cancelled by Heal Studio.
• Package sessions must be completed within their validity period.
• No refunds or credits are issued for unused sessions in a package.

Results Disclaimer

• Healing and coaching are personal and subjective experiences.
• Heal Studio does not guarantee specific outcomes or timelines, as each client’s journey is unique.

Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, and methods shared during sessions or on the website are the intellectual property of Heal Studio.
• All sessions will be recorded for training purpose.
• They may not be copied, recorded, or distributed without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

• Heal Studio and its coachs are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in our services.
• By booking a session, you agree to release Heal Studio from any legal claims or liabilities related to your participation.

Code of Conduct

• Clients are expected to engage with kindness, respect, and openness.
• This clarifies that the relationship between the coach and the client is strictly professional, excluding social or sexual relationships before or after session.
• Heal Studio reserves the right to discontinue services if a client’s behaviour is abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful — without refund.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
